The plan includes one comprehensive full service and one interim service each year to keep your systems in optimal condition.
The dedicated PPM team will proactively reach out to remind you when services are due and will assist in arranging convenient access to your home. Many clients find it significantly easier to provide access through their concierge services or building management, streamlining the process for everyone involved.
Additionally, you will be granted access to a user-friendly, complimentary portal that includes an array of useful features such as reports, quotes, invoices, detailed account statements, various payment options, and the ability to prioritize your booking.
Our highly skilled engineers have built a strong reputation in the industry and are renowned for treating customers' homes with the utmost respect. They work meticulously to deliver exceptional service and will provide detailed reports of their findings after each visit.
Furthermore, the plan includes two free call-outs each year for your complete peace of mind, ensuring that you receive prompt assistance should any system encounter a failure or require urgent attention.
